This workshop educates hospitality venue owners, managers and supervisors on how to recognise and respond to sexual harassment and assault within the workplace as persons in positions of power, as well as legal responsibilities as business owners and managers. We discuss what normalised SASH behaviours look like, how to intervene as an active bystander and how to respond to a report. Participants will learn how to create a safe and supportive workplace culture and why these cultures out-perform the industry standard and increase staff retention and customer satisfaction.
